About Lead Comply

Lead Comply exists because ISO 9001 certification should not be out of reach for a small Australian business, and it should not require months of confusing paperwork to get there.

Why we built this

Most quality management guidance is written for large manufacturers with dedicated quality departments. It assumes a level of jargon, resourcing, and prior knowledge that a five person trades business, a growing professional services firm, or a small manufacturer simply does not have.

Lead Comply was built to close that gap. It takes the actual requirements of ISO 9001:2026 and turns them into plain, specific, actionable steps, guiding a business from an honest gap analysis through to genuine audit readiness, without needing a quality manager on staff or a consultant on retainer for every step.

Built on real experience

The platform is informed by more than a decade of hands-on quality management system implementation, spanning manufacturing, healthcare and gaming industries. That experience shapes every part of Lead Comply, from the questions asked during your initial gap analysis, through to the checklists used in internal audits, and the guidance given about what a Stage 1 or Stage 2 audit actually involves.

Lead Comply's product direction is guided by Danny Huynh, a BSI Qualified Lead Internal Quality Auditor based in Sydney, whose background sitting on both sides of the audit table, implementing systems and assessing them, directly informs how the platform is built.

What we believe

• Quality management should be usable, not just compliant. A system nobody actually uses does not serve your business, no matter how technically correct it is on paper.
• Small businesses deserve the same clarity as large ones. The standard applies the same way regardless of your headcount. The guidance to meet it should not require an enterprise budget.
• Certification readiness should be transparent. You should always know exactly where your business stands, what is missing, and what to do about it next.

What Lead Comply is, and is not

Lead Comply prepares your business for ISO 9001:2026 certification. It does not issue certification itself. That step is carried out by an independent, JAS-ANZ accredited certification body, through formal Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits. Lead Comply's job is to get you genuinely ready for that process, with a clear roadmap, real evidence, and nothing left to guesswork.
